TRAIL RUNNING SERIES - 2011

We are thrilled to announced our upcoming trail running series.  We will begin in January 2011 and each run will take place on the 3rd Saturday of the month at 9am (unless stated otherwise below)

Schedule

Saturday Oct 15: Winter Trail Running ~ 3 to 4 miles at Vickery Creek (Riverside Road location)  The park is marked with a Brown Rectangular sign that is standard for all Chattahoochee River National Recreational Area parks and there will be a $3 fee for parking. **Run sponsored by Montrail. A FREE pair of shoes will be raffled off & others will be brought to take for a test run** 

From Northbound U.S. 19/Ga. 400
Take exit 6 for Northridge Road
Stay RIGHT onto Northridge Road crossing bridge
Take first RIGHT onto Dunwoody Place, go 1.3 miles
Turn RIGHT at Ga. 9 (Roswell Road), go 0.6 miles
Cross river turn RIGHT onto Riverside Road, go less than 0.1 mile
Turn LEFT at park entrance

Saturday Nov 19: Trail Terrain Recognition ~ 3 to 4 miles at Harbins Park.

Saturday Dec 17: Trail Racing ~ 3 to 4 miles at Tribble Mill Park
